After a diffcult stay in Grand Rapids, was pleasantly surprised by the Park. Good staff, clean rooms, and good plumbing. A little worn, but the owners seem to be making an effort to maintain a reasonable level of amneties and professionalism in the staff. more

I noticed I left my watch in the room, went to get it and it was "lost". The only people who had access was the staff. The manager filled out a lost report and to this day is still "investigating". Only stay if absolutely necessary and do not leave valuables in your room!! more

Water pressure sucked, staff are seemingly high school drop outs (not all but some), and when you turn the thermostat up, usually the heat comes on right? not here, this is the way to turn it off... from frigid icebox to sauna in minutes and no inbetween, and it would be nice to be informed of extra costs before hand....... more
