Very basic hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable but nothing very exciting. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Avoid the hotel restaurant, except maybe for breakfast, but head to downtown Marshall for a couple of good options - especially the Landmark Bistro. more

I was appalled from the moment I arrived until the moment I left! We just returned from a stay at Best Western in Marshall,MN. Some of our relatives live here so everytime we visit them we stay at Best Western. It's an average hotel somewhat run down and older. The beds are comfy and it's usually quiet. The exercise room needs to be bigger. There's a breakfast buffet in the morning with juice,yogurt,milk,cereal,waffles.... more
