Cheap price but very dirty room. Garbage all over the floor. Everything was just dirty looking and smelling. more

I have stayed in much pricier accommidation in Marshall but I prefer the Traveler's Lodge. Clean, quiet, the basics - including a refrigerator and microwave in each room. The desk staff are quirky, but fine. Cheap place to stay - but eat breakfast somewhere else. more

I was very disappointed with my "change of rate" stay...i checked in for a week and my card was billed for a week...i am a traveling equipment operator...2 days into my stay i asked "IF" I WAS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SITE WOULD I GET A REFUND? the employee said YES and would then charge me a corporate rate...Imagine my suprise... more

The Traveler's Logde offers small town comfort. It is a place to sleep in a safe environment, not a 5 star hotel. The people are friendly, and the town has a Super Wal*Mart. By the way, there are no cock roaches or other bugs as some critics claim. Maybe they fell out of their baggage. more

It was`nt NEAR as bad as i had read in a previous post. It is what it is....a off-the-main-drag stop-over. I was there for a week on a fishing vaction and never saw a single bug. The owners were nice accomodating folks :) more

I was there for one night and it was the only impression of marshall I ever had. I though that the rooms smelled wet and they were dank. The so called "contenental breakfast" was just a bag of doughnuts for the entire hotel. I am guessing that they were probably day-olds. All in all I would not reccomend this hotel.... more
