My husband and I booked a night at the Hilton to celebrate our anniversary. We had a very nice stay. The lobby was gorgeous. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgable. With nice rooms, friendly staff, and so much to do within an easy walk, this hotel will become home for us every time we are in the area. Excellent choice for touring bands (bus parking along the side street) and solo travelers alike. I'll be back and I'm bringing friends. more
Great hotel in a central location. The only downside was all of the construction around the hotel, though that was true for much of Minneapolis. more
The hotel is very comfortable with an open and airy lobby. Staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. It's convenient to shopping, dining and night life but yet quiet. more
Hilton Towers is one of the finer hotels in the Minneapolis area. Always pleasant staff that is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are exceptionally clean and roomy, providing great comfort away from home. more
Business travels take me to Minneapolis every week. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff in the sales department always remember to check in with me. We were excited to check in with our great Hotwire price and reservation, but upon check-in, the adorable young man sweetly explained the the hotel was "entirely booked" (which is funny, since we had a reservation!) and that we could stay in an "executive boardroom suite" without a real bed, but with a pull out. The Minneapolis Hilton can be regarded as a 5 Star Hotel.. simply based on customer experience, dedication to quality, and an overwhelming sensitivity to business travelers who happen to call the Hitlon " a home away from home".
