Pros: Rooms were updated and clean. Mattresses fairly comfortable, for a hotel.

Cons: No hairdryer in room. Was told there would be a fridge and microwave and there was not. Credit card was charged before we had even arrived and one room should not have been put on that card. No one at check in area (which is the counter in the connected gas station) knew how to credit the card back and seemed generally unhappy about OUR problem. However, it was corrected on the day we checked out. Also rate for the room was not the rate quoted over the phone.

Because of the hassle and unfriendliness at check in, I would prefer to not stay at this property again and wouldn't recommend it to others. more
