My boyfriend and I have been staying at this motel for the past 4 to 5 months. When we moved in our heat did not work and temps were reaching 50 degrees. The Management did not address this issue properly and did not give a 24 hour notice. He did, how ever, fix the heater. Our bed was in poor condition with springs popping out of the mattress, the management did not do anything about this issue. During the month of may and june the AC did not work and the management did not address this issue and temps were reaching 85 to 90 degrees. The windows in our unit could not be opened which is against fire code, and again, the management did not address this issue. The fridge was not working properly, management addressed this issue intoxicated and with alot of disrespect. The management at this motel was drunk on several occasions when addressing issues with us and with other tenants.
