We enjoyed the beautiful historic home and gardens. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi relazing, breakfast in our room was lovely. Is old fashioned elegance with wonderful food and grounds. The new owner was friendly, responsive and enjoyable to chat with. more

After reading so many excellent reviews about a “get away” and “relaxing” destination in Red Wing we chose to stay at Golden Lantern and were disappointed with both the city and the B&B. Honestly we were bored in two hours. I mean the B&B is ok, but not for the high price they are charging. It's hardly a getaway place.... more
