This hotel has nice, clean rooms and good location with access to the Mayo Clinic. Its by no means opulent, but is comfortable. The rooms are a decent size with mini fridge and my room had two beds and a comfy chair. The attached restaurant was adequate, no amenities (pool, etc,) so don't expect those. Overall positive place to stay.
It was a pleasant stay. It is an older hotel, but remodeled and clean. Had a nice laundry room on our floor to wash, dry and iron clothes. Our room was very clean and very quiet. There aren't any special amenities (like a hot tub or exercise room,) but if you don't need those things, you will be fine. If you just need a quiet, clean place to sleep at a reasonable price, you should be very satisfied.

Brentwood is very handy with subway access to Mayo Clinic buildings. It is clean, up to date, has free internet, adequate free breakfast, free on-site private parking (not a city ramp) and accessible and friendly staff. I will stay here again.
