I have read the reviews listed and I couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel. Our room was clean, smelled good, exactly as stated in their ad. My 3 sisters and I stayed in two rooms at the Kahler Inn; we had about 2 days notice as one sister had to have surgery @ a Mayo hospital in a hurry. This is at best a 3 star hotel. Rooms are really old and tired looking. There were rooms on our floor that were in complete shambles. Bed was real hard and uncomfortable. Needs some serious updates. Plumbing is very old, water goes hot to cold. Housekeeping not very thorough. Had trouble with one staff member concerning bill. He was very sassy. Only perk is that it has underground walkway to Mayo. more
