Have stayed here in the past when going to Mayo Clinic. Very basic rooms--no frills or thrills. Last visit, however, was quoted one price over the phone and charged another, resulting in more than $30 difference in what we had expected to pay. For the price we ended up paying, we could have stayed at a fancier facility! more

I f you ever wondered what it was like staying at a motel in the 50's this is it. I was desperate for a room and had only the AAA guide and stumbled on this motel next to the freeway. With our basement flooded from recent rains and mold growing in the house, my daughter and I needed a cheap place to stay. I'm appalled that we would be refused just because we live in this town!!! more

We actually have stayed here many times in the past several years. We love the place. Staff is very hospitable and accomodating. I like the ability to park right in front of the door, makes unloading and loading so easy. Rooms are always extremely clean, including the microwaves. Beds are comfortable.
