“Overall great experience”

This hotel was very clean, well priced, with helpful, friendly staff. There was a spring snowstorm in Minnesota this weekend and I came out to see the staff cleaning off my car-much appreciated. Good location.

Very clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly. This was our third time to the Hampton and the newly remodeled lobby is very nice. How clean, secure and well kept a motel is important to me. The Hampton Inn met all my expectations. It was one of the best kept facilities I have stayed at. I have stayed at other major high end franchises that did not meet the quality that this Hampton Inn.

Friends booked week-long stay at Hampton Inn 1755 So Broadway, Rochester MN. They confirmed with hotel (before leaving for MN) that the hotel shuttle has complimentary area shuttle which runs to destinations within 5 miles. Stayed at Hampton Inn South on Broadway for 15 days. Staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure a smooth, trouble-free stay. I had an issue with my heating unit being too far from the wall to make a seal, and letting ice-cold air in from outside (which made a whistling noise loud enough to keep me awake all night)....
