We needed a quick weekend getaway from the cities, and wanted to bring our small dog -- so when we found a bed and breakfast that took dogs, we knew it was just what we needed! Carol and Chauncey were fabulous hosts -- their hospitality was great from the moment we entered until we left. The house had a TON on vintage items on display, from books and handbags to furniture and bottles.

The rasberry chocolate bars that were in our room when we checked in were fantastic, but the best part by far were the sticky buns. The whole breakfast was made from scratch, including some delicious bread pudding. We had a great time chatting with Carol and Chauncey about their children and their travels.

St. Cloud was a nice town (we would definitely go back in the spring), but the best part about our weekend away was our time with Carol and Chauncey. more
