I stayed here for two weeks. I lucked out and ended up with a larger room that had 2 double beds, AND a free fridge/microwave. Not all room have these luxuries however. I expected more from a Crowne Plaza. It needs updating. 3 elevators for so many floors is not sufficient. We waited over 15 minutes to get an elevator down in the morning from floor 16. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle every 30 minutes from the aiport or you can take a cab for about $25 - $30. Just back from marathon - 16th floor so nice view of river and beyond, typically sized room and BR, plasma tv, a remote controlled bed for best comfort level. Staff more than helpful. Got a good rate ($135) through the marathon, and that seemed reasonable. more

The staff could not have been more helpful! We had several interactions with the front desk and they were warm and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had sleep number beds.
