We had no real problem with the hotel, but their subcontracted valet service was unreliable. Items were stolen from our vehicle. There was no forced entry... so I can only deduce that the car was left unlocked, or that it was an inside job. more

My wife and I stayed over night for a concert at the Excel Center. Check in was easy. The front desk were very helpful with directions by skyway (with a map). Parking was convenient (for downtown st. Great property. Connected to skywalk system. Free computer use, laundry machine. Friendly staff. Only negatives: room cleanliess: dirty glasses in the rooms....Ask for room facing north (towards Capitol) as they are a bit quieter. more

Reason for visit: Business; note: internet is free, and they have wireless!
