This hotel was fine, but nothing to write home about. It was clean enough, but not sparkling. Certain things were broken in the room (the towel bar was partially ripped off the wall). The front desk area was cluttered and the attendent was unhelpful (said she'd bring some extra items up to the room, then when we called back down she rudely asked us to down and pick them up ourselves since she was the only one there and her baby was crying - even though when we went down there was no crying baby and another older woman, possibly her mother, was there too). The desk clerk was also very rude to an African American man who was at the desk at the same time. I can't say for sure, but it seemed racist to me. It appears that a lot of people live in this facility, so there was that element.
