We stayed at the Days Inn in Stillwater, MN for a family wedding. All together I think our family had 10 rooms. We chose the Days Inn because it was $110/night compared to $120/night at nearby hotels.

From the outside it seemed well enough, the lobby was decent. We reserved a king room and a connecting double room for our 4 kids. The king room was spacious, but dirty, there was food on the floor, it seemed as if it had not been dusted in weeks. The king bed was really low to the floor for some reason and the mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. The bedding was very dated and smelled a bit funny.

The bathroom was VERY small. You could practically go to the bathroom and take a bath at the same time. There were even a few bugs around the windows. They were very skimpy on the towels. Only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloth's in the king room and 4 of each in the double room. No hand towels at all. There was only one small bar of soap and a small bottle of... more
