What do you enjoy on your vacation ?? Fishing, golfing, boating, or casino`s. There are restaurants, a pool, bands on weekends, bars . Get fuel at the gas station near by , and get money back in chips for the casino. You can win at the casino, but at least you get to play for a while for your money.... more

I would not travel to this resort again. The RV park is not much of an RV park. The resort is not family friendly either. They said the pool closed by 9:00pm. Who closes a pool in the summer at 9:00pm. The security guard kicked our family out of the pool and then stood there to make sure we were... more

I loved Fortune Bay!! Everything, from the atomosphere to the service to the casino, golf course, Lake Vermilion, all top notch. The staff truely cares and takes the time to know their guests. The golf course was so impressive! I highly recommend Fortune Bay to anyone! more

The hotel itself is beautiful, they were still finishing some landscaping on the grounds around the new addition. The hotel is located near a gorgeous gold course and you can see play up close from your balcony if on that side of the hotel. You may also be lucky enough to face north looking at Lake Vermillion. We have stayed at Fortune Bay almost every month for the last 3 years. We take one night off per month alone and almost always spend it at Fortune Bay. This is a Vegas-style resort with a Northern theme and totally won me over. Decor, layout, grounds, service were all excellent. The dinner buffet needs improvement, breakfast was great. Rooms are a little noisier than I like, but very comfortable. more

I've found this hotel quite friendly. I wouldn't suggest visiting for events like Long John Days if you are not a part of the events. On my visits I have found the staff helpful, the hotel rooms immaculate, the food better than average, and have had fun. We've been to many social events and just get-aways. more

We stayed at Fortune Bay Casino in Tower, MN last weekend for our anniversary and to check out Long John Days. The casino gave us no promotions for our first time visit, our anniversary, or for staying in the hotel. The evening bar band played from 9:00 to 11:15 instead of 9:00 to 1:00 am, without any notice.
