I booked my room on Expedia. I was never asked if I wanted smoking or non. I ended up with a smoking room that smelled awful. I asked to change my room, and was told their were no rooms available. My sheets had hairs on them, and the comforters had cigarette holes in them. I asked for new ones and all they gave me was one comforter. The worst part was later in the evening as I walked by the front desk there was a gentlemen being offered a suite at the same price I paid for my room with double beds. Remember, I was told no other rooms were available. I checked out the next day. The service and rooms were horrible. more
