This motel is directly across the street from the college. The rooms appear to have been renovated within the last few years. It was clean. The non-smoking room had the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. I would go a few miles north and stay in Corinth or a few miles south and stay in Tupelo next time. The selection of hotels would be greater.
