I booked a group for a 2 day stay here. Instead of doubles, the hotel booked single rooms with a sofa bed for some of the rooms. Only after contacting the national office did the manager make an adjustment to our bill. While at the front desk I heard nothing but complaints form other guests who had also been booked... more
