The whole experience from Reservations to check out was a disaster. Registration process was extremely difficult. Staff was nice, but not knowledgable. Would get inconsistant answers to questions. Billing rate was wrong when we checked out and had to wait hours for the manager before it could be corrected. We were checked into a room that had not been cleaned... more

My family reunion chose this hotel for our stay in Greenville, and I think everyone had a complaint about their room. Our trouble began with the staff, who told us the hotel was pet-friendly, but NEVER mentioned they had a 20lb limit (I called and inquired twice before we arrived). So, imagine our surprise when we arrived, with our dog,... more

There was a leftover bottle of shampoo in room. My wife left her watch behind, we discovered down the road we had left it. The staff was rude when we called back. Breakfast their was dismal to say the least. The grounds were to kept up. The internet connection would not work in the room. Don't go if you do... more

This was probably the worst hotel experience that I had in years. Fortunately, my business trip to Greenville was only two nights. I am usually not one to complain but my room on the first night didn't appear to be too well maintained. The furnishings were worn; the A/C unit was missing its faceplate; and the room had an slight... more

The hotel grounds are nicely kept, and the swimming pool was great, but the water was brown (they assured us it was tested frequently and was safe, and that this is a problem throughout the city). We still didn't drink it. ComfortInn.com advertises free high-speed WIRELESS in the rooms, but wired was all that was available, and the hotel staff... more

I had my first visit to your lovely hotel this past weekend in Greenville, Mississippi. I must say it was a joyful occassion to stay there. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff was top knotched. From the desk clerk, the house keeping department, the people setting up for breakfast and the security officer, we... more

The Fairfield Inn was a nightmare for us. When we walked in to the room, we were overcome by a cheap floral air freshner smell. It was hideous. The room was dark and dingy. The carpet was dirty and faded and appeared to be growing mold near the bathroom. The water was brown. The mattress and box springs looked like... more

Okay so Greenville, Mississippi, probably isn't at the top of your vacation list. I wound up there on my way to somewhere else but when I got to the Fairfield, I wished I had reason to be in the area longer. The hotel is impeccably clean. The service is fast and accommodating. The breakfast bar was the largest and most... more
