First, the room was not clean at all. There's no telling how long it had been since it had been vacuumed. It certainly wasn't before I checked in. Our one-night stay in May was a joke. Both the check-in and check-out desk clerks, obviously new to the job, could not process our account without calling an off-site manager who seemed to provide little guidance because it still took many minutes to check us in or process our payment the next morning. The room was okay, but the molding around the window sill was coming off the wall and draped over the a/c. Also the hotel offered DSL access but provided no instructions on accessing it nor could offer any help regarding getting online more
