I usually do not stay at Holiday Inns, preferring to stick to Hilton chain quality. This Holiday Inn met and exceeded the quality level I would expect. Extremely disappointing hotel service and management. Resturant was a complete train wreck, toilet backed up twice and on the second one, nobody showed up to fix it, had to use the toilets in the lobby/pool area.
