When we checked in, we asked if there was internet access in our room. They said, “no but we’re working on it”. The property appeared to be rather worn down and I thought the buffet lunch was stale and unimpressive. This was a disappointing visit and we will not be returning.

Drove 2 & 1/2 hours to get here, but was well worth the drive. We went over Memorial Day weekend and expected to pay more than the regular $37 a night fee, but we didn't. Expected same as Shreveport La location, not quite, about 2 notches down. Bedding not as comfy, towels thin, no personality at front desk, good barkeepers though and generally friendly staff. Only about 8-10 channels on TV. Golf course was well run and in good shape.

Rooms are large and beds are very comfy. The service is great. Most rooms have a small refrigerator so you can take a snack and drinks. Try the Buffet and the snack bar, both have excellent choices. Great place for a girls getaway or just a weekend.

I just completed an enjoyable relaxing weekend at sams club. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and caring. The girl at the frint desk was very interested in getting just the right room for me.
