I love the room at the sheraton To me its the best in tunica. But the casino needs a lot of up dating. new carpet would be a big help. more

We were skeptical about staying here after reading some of the reviews. Our experience turned out to be very enjoyable. The room looked exactly like the pictures on the hotel website. This hotel is not anything like a Sheraton should be. The bathroom was filthy and I got the housekeeping to come and clean the makeup off the round makeup mirror, the light switches and the door. I also showed her the blanket was just shoved in the closet. When she went to fold it up she saw how filthy it... more

Service was very good and friendly. Room same quality as usual. Only negative experience was due to many machines out of service, and card readers not working. Seems the gaming side of the house needs some work. more
