Had a change of plans last minute and looked to book a room in Starkville for a football game. All that was left were "single rooms" that consisted of one double bed, but they provided sheets and pillows for the air mattress we(myself and one friend) brought. Bottom line is for $49 a night on a game day weekend, you are doing good just to get a hotel room, and for that price don't expect much more than four walls with a t.v. and bathroom. Expect a strong hint of cigarette smoke in your room, as the normal clientel for this side of the Regal is probably not the type of person who reads Trip Advisor. I would recommend the Regal to a friend as long as they booked a room in the two story portion of the inn, and it was just a group of guys staying in Starkville. more
