The price is right, but needs a few improvements to get a better rating. The lobby and rooms look to have been updated recently. Great choice of colors and patterns. The door lock was pretty cool -just wave the blank white card over the door mechanism and it opens like magic! The lobby/breakfast area had nicely designed tables and chairs.... More

We booked this hotel on hotwire for 65+ and when we checked out the hotel gave us a bill for 46.29 dollars which was 17 dollars different. We stayed in room 311 on 4/20/2013 and it is still being updated and is not complete but we were still charge for a full night. There was light bulbs missing paint not... More

“Comfortable, Clean, Easy access”

The room was perfect size, awesome bed. Had everything we needed plus extra. The pool in March was great. We were close to everything our Conference, the Mall, restaurnts and more. The hotel is doing a update but we had no issues checked in and out quickly.

“Clean and mostly new”

Only a smoking room was available, but it didn't smell like smoke. Bed and furniture all seemed new, even if the drywall and shower showed their age. Very clean overall. AC unit was newish, worked well, and quiet. The clock didn't automatically adjust for daylight savings time and caused me to miss the birth of my first child! Just kidding.

Maria at the front desk is very friendly and is very customer service focused,. They are doing some construction on the 1st floor,so we went to the 3rd floor. Just so everyone knows the 3rd floor is a smoking floor, our room did not smell like smoke but the minute we stepped out of the room it reeked of smoke.... More

“Rebuilding”

This hotel is being renovated a floor at a time. My room was on the second floor, and the rooms were finished. But my single room did not have a comfortable chair, even though there was a lot of empty space. The included breakfast was okay.

This was very clean and friendly, convenient.We stayed in a motel from hell the night before so when we checked in to this Quality Inn it was like heaven. Very very nice breakfast. Loved our stay and would definitly recommend it to anyone!!!!!!
