The room smelled like old guy sweat and cheap old spice. The AC was broken, when asked to fix they did and within an hour the fan was rattling sounding like a fire alarm. They had the gall to offer 15% off our next stay "at regular price" as a fix for the problem. I refused to pay for one... more

Upon arrival to the property, I was immediately concerned as I could tell there was construction going on in the lobby. My family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express off of Green Mtn Rd this past weekend for a shopping trip. I picked this hotel because I wanted to have a nice and clean room with a good location and good price. The other Holiday Inn Express is a block away on the strip and is about $30-$40 higher per room.... more
