The staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was clean. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the walls are very thin. We requested the top floor because of all the other comments but still heard our neighbors' conversations. Didn't like having to request and then pay for clean towels. I enjoyed my stay at palace View South except for the "NOISE" I should have check on the construction activity before scheduling. Building # 10 is under construction and we had to listen to the jackhammer breaking rock all day long.
