We recently reserved a room at the Carthage Inn then due to a death in the family requested to cancel our room only hours later. Had a very pleasant stay there. The owner is very friendly and will chat with you as long as you want to talk. He always has candies out for you or your kids. Mostly, it's a good VALUE - it's cheaper than most of the other hotels in Carthage. They also have a free continental breakfast every morning to get... more
