This hotel just wasn't up to the standard of quality that I've come to expect from Comfort Inn and Suites. Check in went fine and the girl at the front counter was very nice. I stayed at this hotel in early August. I had reserved a jacuzzi suite, got downgraded on check in to a regular room because the other jacuzzi suite(s) were inoperative (no a/c) and the guests there on a multi-night stay had to be relocated to the room we had reserved. Unfortunately, time has not changed how we felt about our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites, Chesterfield, MO. Very clean, almost-new, reasonably-priced, included complete breakfast and free internet service. Large room with raised ceiling. Not "classy", not romantic, but good accomodations - we'd stay there again. more
