The previous reviewer was correct. I could hear both conversations and the tv program in the next room. The shower had black long hair in it and the sink was dirty. It was really gross. They have thought of everything here...close to everything at Mizzou...the Stadium, Hearnes, the Arena and right across from the hospital complex.
