There are good bed and breakfast locations and there are wonderful bed and breakfast venues. This one is a wonderful B&B. I found the University Ave, B&B to be everything it was advertised as. Mizzou and downtown Columbia easy to get to on foot. The food was delicious,portions ample. While the room was dated, it was very clean and comfortable. I felt like I got a good value for my dollar. I wish Kathy and Brian the best.
