My family and I went to Dexter for the weekend. I had just had ankle surgery and called ahead to ask for a rollaway. I was told it would not be a problem. When we arrived the front desk manager was very rude and told me they did not have a rollaway and then said they could not find one.... more
First and foremost, contact the hotel directly. That saved me $23/night. The room was nice. It smelled brand new. Carpet was good. Bed was good. Fridge was nice and big enough to hold a pizza box, 2-liters, and misc. Really nice room. Fair customer service. I would definitely stay here again. Also, they gave you a coupon per day worth... more
We stayed at the Oak Tree Inn for 2 days. The first night we did not arrive till late. They had to call and check with someone to even see if our room was even ready. This worried us alittle being so tired and just wanting to go to bed. The young lady called someone and they took awhile just... more
I have previously stayed in this motel before and had experienced no real issues. However, this time when I called to check availability, the front desk was very uncourteous and in fact really downright rude. It was a major inconvienence for the woman to check availablity of rooms. Actually, she informed me that there were no room available at all.... more
