Awesome place! Great little oasis in the Kansas City area to get away and forget about the stress of the work week! We will be making a trip back at least once a year! The spa and the couple's massage was incredible! The Tavern is a great place to close the evening!

The Elms Hotel was a great place for my husband and I to spend a day away and enjoy massages in the spa. The service was great, the Grotto was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful. Will definitly go again.

My girls, mother-in-law and sister-in-law went to the Elms to have a nice relaxing Mother's Day weekend. The renovation on the hotel is wonderful! The decor and the rooms were great. We all had spa treatments in the afternoon, and everyone enjoyed the experience - even the ones that had not had a massage before/

Spa is the best! Very relaxing stay. Charming town. Go to the Dairy Bee for ice cream and shop in town. The hotel is beautiful. Next time we will spend more time in the grotto. Worth every penny spent!

Great hotel with a world class spa! Amazing history also being the get away for Harry Truman and hideaway for Al Capone. The full service spa is beautiful and fully worth the expense. The Elms is a great relaxing get away. We will be returning!

This is a great hotel with really poor service. During a three day stay the room never got cleaned and I had to call and beg for clean towels. Staff is poorly trained and generally rude.
