Stayed two nights during a work conference. I'm trying to keep in mind that this is a very old hotel, but they could do so much with the place. My room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. I only had a tiny shower that had it's issues. The showerhead was only for people who are under 5' 6"... more

I love this hotel. They have a lot to offer being that they are an old hotel. They have a killer spa that offers so many services its hard to choose one. The pool is the place to be on the weekend, they have music by the pool and they have a woman who comes out and takes drink orders.... more

We had really nice service here. The staff was all friendly and accommodating. We loaded a luggage cart to take to the room (was asked if they could help but we did it ourselves). He asked what floor we were on and said to leave it there, they would come and get it. I had to come back down anyway... more

Hit and miss on service. Dining server and cigar lounge bartender were fabulous. I think our dining servers name was Julie. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. We had received a gift certificate to The Elms for our wedding so we decided to book a long weekend to check it out. My husband and I stayed at the Elms resort on their Friday and Saturday night package. The package included two "free" dinner's at their restaurant.
