We stopped at Chalet Ac En Ceil Jan 08 for a week. This was a last minute deal and having read previous reviews we were skeptical However, we shouldn't have worried, Dan the chalet host and his team were great. We stayed at this chalet from 7th January 2006. The fireplace in the lounge was now covered over and no one was going to get it fixed. This meant that this very cold and bland area was not inviting, at all. The chalet staff did their best, but you got the impression that they had very little back-up. The food... more

Just reurned from Arc en Ciel chalet in Les Arcs 2000, france, travelled with Skiworld. As this was the first week of the season, the staff were learning as they went, they lacked backup from the company though. The chalet staff were great (especially Kirsty-head chalet host).
