Very nice hotel with nice clean, but very small, room. Good location, right on the square so you can take a little evening stroll. There isn't a lot to do, so I wouldn't stay for too long. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night, but it wasn't that great unfortunately.

This is a small hotel which is indisputedly the best in Bayamo. Bayamo is not really on the tourist track and this hotel is used more as a stopover or for those venturing into the mountains to see Fidel Castro's hideway. The rooms are small and very clean with TV and frdge but no mini-bar for those seeking water etc.... More

Bayamo is small city and there is no a lot of accomodation options. HOwever this hotel has a good standard and it's worth to stay here for a night. Double room costs 50CUC. It is the best hotel in Bayamo. Rooms are well-equipped, with TV and fridge. Restaurant is also very nice and not expensive.

We stayed here for one night on a tour. The hotel is centrally located and it is a lovely building but there is no lift so heavy bags are enforced exercise. The rooms are small but well kept and the beds are comfortable. However, the staff are surly and breakfast is designed for those on a diet. For a sinlgle... More

We enjoyed the bar , it was a great place to meet tourists from around the world , as this is one of the stop overs for transtour bus. The rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable and it has always been clean when we stayed there. July was busy seasone the the price was up, $70.00 CAD... More

The location in the town center, the building itself, the interior decoration, the clean and airconditioned rooms, all very positive. But: - There is no elevator in this hotel. If you are on the second floor, and have to carry your bags yourself, quite an exercise ... - The food you get in the restaurant depends on what they get... More

great atmospheric hotel in the heart of this charming town. We wer lucky enough to be there when there was a rally to celebrate 50 years of victory- we watched form the hotel's roof top and felt we saw the real Cuba.

The Royalton is well located opposite of Parque Céspedes in the center of town in an area of well maintained buildings. I didn't expect too much upon arrival considering this hotel is only labelled as 2 star on many sites but from what I gathered, recent renovations have elevated this edificio into the 3 star category. I was quite impressed... More
