I found the hotel staff over the phone to be rude and completely inconsiderate. I called looking for a wedding party staying at the hotel and my call was passed on to multiple employees, all of which were rude, and non-helpful. I expect more from a premier hotel on the plaza. This place does have a great location, but the hotel is falling apart and the service is non-existent. We stayed in a junior suite and it was roomy and the tv's were nice, but they probably should've spent the money on the showerhead. Or maybe they could've cleaned our room before 6:30 p.m.?
