Friend and I attended an event at the Convention Center and wanted a hotel close. The Front staff was nice, but the problem was with the cleaning crew. My husband and I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel. Great location to walk to Kid Rock concert at Midland theater. Hotel was clean and updated. Wonderful view out our window of downtown KC - could see Sprint Center, Power and Light, etc. My husband enjoyed using the sleep number bed. Would definitely stay there again.
