We picked this hotel because it had the indoor waterpark. That was very nice. After spending time in the waterpark, we went to our room. The music thundered through our room well after midnight. We called the Front Desk twice to complain about the loud music. They acted surprised that we could hear it. They said it was coming from... more

My wife and I stayed one night for Springsteen's show downtown. This location was right off I-70 and a 10 minute drive from downtown to the concert. If you go to a Royals or Chiefs game you cannot stay much closer. We checked in which went smoothly. Room was on 14th floor looking out to the west with views of... more

Ok to visit if just attending a game at the Stadium and not expecting much more. You can walk to the stadium which is good. Beds are very comfortable and food is very reasonable and good -even room service. Hotel elevators are not located in convenient places and you have to locate a second elevator for the pool-whirlpool. My bathroom... more

We enjoyed this hotel. We had connecting rooms for our large family of kids ranging in age from 8 months to 12 years. We purchased the water resort passes (cheaper through CoCoKey website) for the Monday that we were there and that was a great value for our family. Much older than our 12 year old and probably would be... more

The hotel has a very busy parking lot. Not very good flow of traffic, people were pulling over everywhere. Just choatic. I had gotten a great rate of $48 a night on Hotwire when I booked the hotel back in April. We were a party of 2 adults and 1 child. They gave us a room with one bed. I... more

stayed 1 night so kids could visit co-co water park, room was not that clean, noise from I-70 highway, and baby in next room sounded like they were in our room. Was told by front desk that the room included breakfast, hotel has a buffet breakfast available for 10.95. For the price I expected more. We would not stay again. more

August and the air conditioning didn't work. Complained 4 times and was told the system just couldn't handle it. It was so hot in our room my duaghter with asthma couldn't sleep. Do not plan a nice relaxing time at Coco Key Water resort. They don't tell you on the web site that it is open to the public. You... more

We were passing through Kansas City on a road trip and stayed here overnight. It was conveniently located near the freeway. It was fun to have a view of the Kansas City Chiefs' and Royals' stadiums. LOVE the Sheraton's pet friendly policy. We were traveling with 3 cats and no fee or deposit was required. Other hotels I looked at... more

My teenage daughter and I didn't check in until 10pm. It took only a matter of moments before we were in our room. The room was nice. The view was of the Kauffman Stadium, home of the Royals. The room had two double beds, a large desk that also served as a dresser with chair, a night stand, leather chair... more
