The bed was comfortable and hotel/room somewhat clean. I did see some spiders in the lobby, and the coffee pot in our room was not clean as it still had an old, used coffee bag in it. My wife & I recently stayed two nights at the Best Western. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and front desk was informed. A staff member said they would have a service person fix it. No service person showed and the sink stayed clogged for the entire stay. Hotel is "tired" and needs a makeover. more
