This hotel is poorly managed and has some maintenance issues. First off, our room smelled of urine. We booked the hotel assuming that we would be able to use the whirlppol and indoor pool, but the whole pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine that it made our eyes burn and we had to leave. Lovely hotel near the KC Airport. Stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom could have been a bit bigger. The television was also not in a good location in the room considering seating area couldn't see TV. But other than that the hotel was very nice! more
