It's convenient to I-35. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Bedding is above average. Carpet could stand replacing in some rooms. It is loud in the morning from 7-8 as people leave their rooms. The reason we stayed here was the hotel was redone in Dec 2006. It may have been redone but some things were reused. The furniture in the dining room was worn and had stuffing coming out of the chairs. The toilet seat should have been replaced. Cleanliness was just OK and could have been better. The walls were very thin.... more
