I traveled to lake of ozarks with a group of 11 girls. we stayed at south wood shores for 2 nights and we rented 2 rooms. the last night we were there, we got back to our room to find nats very where in our condo. we called the security he brought us a can of raid and told us that was all he could do. he himself told us "this is really bad." we could not stay in the room so we all stayed in one room. the next morning we went to check out. we explained to the manager what had happened and he went to look at out room. he came back and said "there are thousands of dead nats, i am terribly sorry i will make sure something will be done." meanwhile, we were waiting for the manager to come back from looking at out room, there was another couple checking out. they were not happy at all about there stay. when they checked in and got to there room they found all the dishes were still dirty in the sink, they bbq grill propane was gone and they rooms had not been cleaned... more
