The staff at daysInn are not at all customer oriented. They talk to you like they are paying for yt tou to stay. They will go out smoke, leave front desk many times to roam around outside and talk to their friends when they come visit, but will not move an inch if customer wants them to do something making... more

We were traveling north and west to Kansas and wanted to get through Saint Louis in the early evening so as to miss the morning traffic. The hotel's location was perfect for that. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The desk clerk sent us out the back door of the lobby to a wonderful Mexican restaurant. The only drawback... more

we stayed there because my husband needed back surgery at the hospital next door. They made sure my every need was met. They have just gotten new mattresses that are very comfortable and my husband had great time to rest. more

I had to stay a night here in Sept 2005. There was a dirty washcloth and hair in the shower. I had to clean it before my children and I got in it. The toilet was broken so that you had to pull on a chain attached to the inside of the tank. There was candy stuck to the carpet.... more

Our room was dirty, the mattress was sunken in the middle, the lamp shade was broken, and a garbage truck came for pick up right outside our room at 3:00 a.m. The pool was nice but the hot tub water looked dirty. I would discourage anyone from staying here until they "clean up their act". more
