We were quite disappointed with this hotel as we booked on line and photos are quite deceiving.We booked garden rooms these were at the back of the kitchen where all the rubbish was kept with nowhere to sit outside.The rooms were really basic and needed updating.The cost of the rooms were far more than they were worth.The Fijian staff were... more

There is a wooden lattice wall that separates the accomodation block from the kitchen. All the Garden Rooms do not have a balcony except for our Executive Poolside rooms. We would have been happy to move them to another Garden room but the hotel was fully occupied and we could do much. We are relooking at the current wall and...

We were met by happy and pleasant staff who succeeded in making our stay relaxing. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to couples wh want a rewarding holiday. more

The Colonial is an adequate 3 star motel, but our nightmare started on arrival as we had booked the only wheelchair accessible room & were shown to a tiny, tired-looking room where the wheelchair wouldn't fit beside the bed or in the bathroom door. We were immediately told this was our TAs fault as they had requested a ground floor... more
