We stayed at this B&B during a roadtrip, it was very easy to get to from Kansas City. The home is beautiful, as well as the guest rooms, in a quaint small town. We were the only guests that evening, and our rooms were upgraded at no additional cost. Robin is a wonderful cook, she made us a generous dessert... More

I spent one night in the Garden of Eden room. The room was located on the third floor. It was spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious and I got to meet some other very nice guests that were in town visiting family. I was so glad that I found this B & B. I was traveling from... More

This was a weekend close to Kansas City. Although Pleasant Hill seems quite a way off of I-70, it really took only 40 minutes to get into KC for shopping and 15 minutes to Lees Summit. The rooms were a nice size. Free wireless internet and televisions in all rooms. Robin cooked some yummy breakfasts and always had dessert ready... More

We stayed here on a last-minute, getaway weekend, and really enjoyed this B&B. Robin was a very nice and accommodating host. The place was exceedingly clean. Breakfast both mornings was very good - especially if you have a sweet tooth. Only downside was that there seemed to be virtually nothing to do in Pleasant Hill itself. We drove to a... More

This was my first time at a B&B. Robin was very sweet and always helpful. We were in the Garden of Eden room which was beautiful and roomy (and up on the 3rd floor). Our evenings were quiet and relaxing in the hot tub (although the chlorine was a little too strong). The breakfast was delicious and there are MANY... More

Mulberry Hill B&B is in a beautiful house built in 1904. It’s tucked away in a residential area in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Pleasant Hill is a good 30-45 minutes from Kansas City. Nevertheless, the night that we stayed, all five rooms were full; a real testament to the experience. Robin is very attentive to details, and is the perfect host;... More

Tucked away from the main street is this small, but attractive, B&B. Comprising five rooms on three floors, this inn maskes one feel at home from the start. A short drive from Kansas City, this inn offers a relaxing and serene atmosphere. And the breakfast - well, delicious and plentiful. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and welcoming.

In the past six weeks, we've stayed at three B & Bs and we've stayed at many more throughout the years. Mulberry Hill is right at the top of our list. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and the breakfast is REALLY good. Most B & Bs are pretty decent or they wouldn't be in business, but Mulberry Hill... More

If you need a place to get away from the frantic pace of life to rest and be pampered, this is the place. Pleasant Hill feels like what I would expect Mayberry to be, very small town friendly. There is not a lot to do, but that was perfect for me, since there is more than enough to do at... More

This home was made for a B&B. It has lots of rooms and they are all well decorated. The hosts will tell you the story of how they finally were able to buy it after wanting to do so for some time. They do a good job of hosting, and in general are friendly. They must have recently had some... More
