The heat did not work. I called 2 different times and complained and they said they would take care of it. I woke up freezing and I had 2 children with me. There were only 2 towels, the bathtub and the mattress was dirty. The extra blankets in the drawers were just thrown in there and not folded. Out remote had 2 batteries missing. The soda machine was empty. We visit Poplar Bluff several times a year and we will never stay here again. more
