The main reason we chose the hotel was Internet service in the room. It turned out their internet service was down....for weeks, including the four days we were there. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough and the staff friendly but check out your white socks after walking around in the room for an hour or two - gross. We came to Saint Louis to go to the Rock the River Tour concert at the Arch and to see Skillet and Flyleaf in concert, we thought that the hostesses were very friendly and the rooms very clean. This place needs a major overhaul. The Deluxe King Suite consisted of a bed with torn mattress seam that sheds stuffing onto the floor when the staff makes up the bed each morning. I passed up staying at a Hampton Inn as my colleagues had reserved this place ahead of time. Never again. The hallways and rooms smelled musty, the carpets are on their way to being nasty.
