This place needs a major overhaul. The Deluxe King Suite consisted of a bed with torn mattress seam that sheds stuffing onto the floor when the staff makes up the bed each morning. I passed up staying at a Hampton Inn as my colleagues had reserved this place ahead of time. Never again. The hallways and rooms smelled musty, the carpets are on their way to being nasty. This hotel looks like it was a very nice place years ago. It has not been updated in a very long time. We booked a suite, one of their 'nicest' rooms. We have stayed at this hotel over the past 4 years while visiting our son. It has definitely declined in quality. The front desk personnel are not friendly, in fact, downright rude. I guess for the low price of $66 you can't complain too much. more
